Beta Access

Hey Stentor is currently offered as beta software. Features, pricing, availability, and supported platforms may change before a stable public release.

Subscriptions

Managed Plan checkout is handled through Paddle. Users must review the price, billing interval, taxes, trial terms, renewal details, and cancellation terms shown in checkout before completing payment.

Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellation is available through the Paddle customer portal after a customer record is linked. Portal access, refund requests, and entitlement repair during beta are reviewed through support using the account email and Paddle subscription details.

Local Configuration

Users are responsible for local provider credentials, assistant endpoints, agent configuration, and any actions their connected tools perform. Hey Stentor may read local Hermes subscription settings and sync the Hermes request and reply secrets needed for loopback webhook delivery. This automatic sync is limited to making the local Hermes connection work and does not grant Hey Stentor control over unrelated assistant credentials.

Local Assistant Actions

Hey Stentor is a voice interface for local and connected assistant workflows. Users remain responsible for reviewing the commands, tool calls, files, messages, and other actions performed by Hermes or any connected assistant system. Users should not send sensitive information through voice workflows unless they understand which local or third-party providers will process it.

Support and Entitlement Repair

During beta, billing support, portal access issues, and entitlement repair requests can be sent through the support channel with the Paddle subscription details.
